We recommend booking your aquatic adventure at least a week in advance, particularly during peak season (May - September). However, we understand that spontaneity is part of the fun of travel. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. This allows us enough time to get you checked in, provide a brief orientation of the boat and safety instructions, and answer any last-minute questions you may have. Arriving a bit early also ensures that you can make the most of your scheduled time on the water. Please note, if you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your rental time due to subsequent bookings.
Absolutely! If you have a larger group, we'd be more than happy to accommodate you with multiple boat rentals. However, to ensure availability, we highly recommend booking well in advance, especially during peak season. Each boat has a limited capacity for safety reasons, but multiple boats mean more fun on the water together. Please contact us directly to discuss the specifics of your event or party, and we'll assist you in arranging a memorable experience.
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us and we will assist you.
Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details on changes or cancellations.

Our hot tub boats are all about providing a luxurious, cozy, and comfortable experience on the water. To ensure this, we maintain our hot tub water temperature at a pleasant 102 degrees Fahrenheit (or about 39 degrees Celsius), which is a typical setting for hot tubs. This temperature is carefully chosen to provide a warm and soothing experience, while also considering safety and comfort levels. Please remember to stay hydrated during your journey and feel free to ask our staff if you have any questions or concerns about the water temperature.
While we absolutely love our furry friends, for safety and hygiene reasons, we currently do not allow pets aboard our hot tub boats. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all our customers, as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of our boats. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The Experience
