Lux Hot Tub Boats Refund Policy

At Lux Hot Tub Boats, we strive to ensure that our refund process is straightforward and fair, recognizing that plans can change. Below, you’ll find detailed information on how to request a refund or reschedule your boat launch date, along with our policy on cancellations.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

  • Free Refund for Early Cancellations: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel or need to reschedule your hot tub boat rental more than 7 days before your scheduled launch date. To initiate this process, please contact us within this timeframe.

  • No Refunds for Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 7 days before your rental date, we cannot offer a refund. Preparations for your rental—including staffing and resource allocation—begin well in advance, making it difficult to accommodate last-minute changes.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

  1. Contact Us: Please include your Order Number, date and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund or need to reschedule.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and guide you through the following steps.

Processing Your Refund

  • Inspection: After we receive your cancellation request, we will inspect the details of your booking to ensure it meets our refund criteria.

  • Refund Issuance: If your refund is approved, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
