Arrival Instructions: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time. This will allow you to check-in, complete any necessary waivers, and prepare for your adventure.
Safety and Guidelines: Your safety is our top priority. Before boarding the hot tub boat, our staff will provide a comprehensive safety briefing. Please familiarize yourself with the safety guidelines and follow the instructions given by our team.
What to Bring:
- Towels: We recommend bringing towels for your comfort during the hot tub experience. However, we do have monogrammed towels also available for sale.
- Swimsuits: Don’t forget to bring your swimsuits to fully enjoy the hot tub on the boat.
- Refreshments: Feel free to bring your own food and beverages to enhance your experience. However, please remember that alcohol and glass items are strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 7 days prior to your rental date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
Weather Conditions: Our hot tub boats operate rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather conditions or other safety concerns, we may need to reschedule your reservation. We will contact you on the day of your booking if any changes are necessary.
